pIn this role you support the Motor Pricing Team across data collection, modeling, and tariff development for motor insurance.
You will work within Group Best Practices to analyze risk, run scenario tests, and assess model quality, contributing to pricing that drives portfolio performance.
You'll interact with multiple functions to align pricing analytics with strategic goals.
This is an opportunity to shape pricing approaches in a global insurer and expand technical knowledge in a collaborative environment.
/pulliDevelop independent technical analyses aligned with Group Best Practice across the full Tariff process /liliData collection and preparation for modeling /liliOverall Rate Requirement analysis /liliTechnical analysis using advanced statistical techniques for risk and behavioral models /liliRegular evaluation of model/analysis quality and correctness /liliCreate reports based on updated predicted KPIs /liliMaintain alignment with Group best practices and update technical documentation /liliDevelop independently Fleets and Automotive quotes /liliInterface with other business functions /liliMaster's Degree in quantitative subjects /lili2-4 years experience in Motor pricing in Insurance Companies/Consultancy /liliProficient with SAS, Python and Office suite (incl. VBA for Excel) /liliAdvanced analytical skills (GLM/Machine Learning) /liliAbility to work independently and engage with stakeholders /liliCurious about new pricing approaches and committed to increasing technical knowledge /liliHigh problem-solving attitude /liliProficient in Italian and English (written and spoken) /liliExperience with Fleets and Automotive quotes would be a plus /liliKnowledge of Tower Watson Suite (Emblem Radar, Classifier) would be a plus /liliproactive and result-driven mindset /liliSAS /liliPython /liliOffice suite (incl.
