As a Purchasing Coordinator, you're not just supporting the procurement and inventory management process – you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.ResponsibilitiesHere's what you'll do during a typical day:Support purchasing and receiving operations: Menage receiving processes and manage inventory to maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure efficient stock managementCollaborate with internal teams: Work closely with outlet managers to ensure purchases meet operational needs and specificationsProcess invoices: Review invoices for accuracy and follow up on discrepancies to ensure timely payment and issue resolutionPerform quality checks: Inspect shipments to verify they meet order specifications, grade, and quality standardsQualificationsWhat It Takes to Make the StayAt Hilton,
