/ppThe successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the external healthcare and policy environment by building trusted relationships with institutional stakeholders, policymakers, regulatory authorities, and leading think tanks.
This position requires a strong understanding of public policy, legislative processes, and healthcare systems, combined with the ability to translate business priorities into impactful advocacy strategies.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop and execute advocacy strategies to support the company's business and policy priorities at national level.
/liliMonitor the political, legislative, and regulatory landscape, identifying emerging trends, risks, and opportunities relevant to the healthcare sector.
/liliDraft policy papers, legislative proposals, briefing materials, and institutional position statements.
/liliEstablish and maintain strong relationships with policymakers, regulators, parliamentary stakeholders,



and key external influencers.
/liliAct as an early-warning system, providing insights on policy developments and their potential impact on the business.
/liliSupport the development of initiatives that demonstrate the company's commitment to patients, healthcare system sustainability, and social responsibility.
/liliLead the planning and execution of high-profile institutional events and policy engagement activities.
/liliPartner closely with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Communications, Legal, Commercial and other cross-functional teams to ensure a coordinated approach to external engagement and policy shaping.
/li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliMaster's Degree in Political Science, Law, Economics, Public Affairs, Healthcare Policy, or a related field.
/liliProven experience in Government Affairs, Public Affairs, Healthcare Policy, Institutional Relations, or related functions.
/liliStrong understanding of the Italian healthcare and political environment.
/liliExperience in policy analysis and legislative drafting.
/liliEstablished network of institutional stakeholders and healthcare policy influencers is considered a strong asset.
/liliExcellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.
/liliStrong strategic thinking, organizational agility, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
/liliFluent Italian and English.
