You will report to the IT Support Manager Italia and coordinate a ~10-person team, setting objectives, organizing shifts, and guiding budget planning.
Role requires ITIL proficiency, ServiceNow usage, and strong stakeholder management across an international landscape; familiarity with Workspace ONE/Intune and AD tooling is a plus.
