Own the account strategy and digital transformation rollout for a multinational Insurance group headquartered in Italy, aligning with board priorities
Engage C-level decision makers through value-based selling, business case development, and ROI analysis to uncover opportunities
Coordinate a global, matrixed team (Sales Engineers, Sales Specialists, Marketing, BDP,
Professional Services, Partners, GSIs) to deliver contracted solutions
Accurately forecast revenue and consistently meet quota targets
8+ years of quota-carrying software or technology sales experience selling to C-level executives at large enterprise or global accounts
Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals
Track record of managing global or multinational xjncmbx account relationships with cross-border stakeholder coordination
Direct experience building and presenting business cases and ROI analyses to senior executives
Strategic storytelling to C-level executives
