We are looking for a product specialist to provide worldwide technical assistance, documentation support, and on-site help when needed at customer sites.

You will deliver global training for customer service technicians and run beta-testing, report issues, diagnose and repair system problems remotely, and prepare monthly product portfolio reports in collaboration with R&D.; xjncmbx
