/ppbr/ppWe are looking for an Application Life-Cycle Coordinator to work in Frascati, Italy or Noordwijk, Netherlands.
You will provide key support, ensuring effective collaboration with primary stakeholders across ESA establishments.

/ppESA is responsible for outlining and implementing the current European space programme and ensuring its successful execution.
Current programmes aim to develop new and existing satellite-based technologies, further our understanding of space whilst also using this information to study Earth and the current climate.

/ppQuesta posizione e' aperta alle categorie protette L. *****.(SA1) /ppbr/ppbTasks and activities /b /ppThe scope of work will include ensuring that the applications in charge operates properly, including: /pulliHandling application-related exceptions and escalations.
/liliGranting the usability of the applications to end-users.
/liliGuaranteeing the adherence of the applications with business processes.
/liliRelying on the application services supplied by the providers including functional support, corrective maintenance, minor evolution and in some cases major evolution.
/liliOverseeing ticket management processes.
/liliActing as the agency's operational authority for applications, covering both functional and business aspects.
/liliServing as the point of contact for suppliers regarding queries and issues requiring Application Coordinator follow-up.
/liliReviewing deliverables and documentation.
/liliCoordinating the end-to-end preparation, execution, and follow-up of organisational processes contributing to the delivery of the agency's activities.
/liliProviding guidance on processes, procedures, and tools to ensure consistent understanding and application across organisational units.
/liliLeading and managing the end-to-end process of implementation of new business process/requirements.
/liliServing as a key operational interface with internal and external stakeholders, including Member State delegations, institutional partners, industry, and other ESA directorates.
/liliProviding demand management towards ESA Customer Representatives, Process Leaders, SPOCs and end-users.
/liliFacilitating stakeholder alignment by ensuring clear, structured, and timely exchanges of information, data, and documentation.
/liliCoordinating with the service provider on impact assessment, negotiation, development, testing, and deployment of new or evolving business requirements.
/liliMonitoring the adoption of newly implemented solutions within applications through regular reviews.
/liliSupporting projects based on their complexity and criticality.
/liliContributing to Year-End Closure to indude, reorganisation and rebooking.
/liliProviding support for ad hoc activities related to IT infrastructure maintenance and requests from CISOS providers.
/liliReviewing service provider proposals to ensure alignment with and maximise the Agency's interests.
/liliManaging and supervising application-related exceptions and escalations raised by users, including participation in ESA departmental and divisional meetings.
/liliExperience with SAP procurement modules included at least SRM and ECC Modules and S/4 procurement.
/li /ulpbr/ppbSkills and experience /b /ppThe following skills and experience are mandatory: /pulliA Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
/liliExperience with SAP procurement modules, including SRM, ECC, and S/4.
/liliProven experience in IT consultancy.
/liliExperience working in international environments.
/liliSolid understanding of service models aligned with ITIL 4 and ITSM tools.
/liliExperience with Microsoft 365.
/liliFluent in English, both written and spoken.
/li /ulpbr/ppThe following skills and experience would be highly desirable: /pulliExperience with AIOps scenarios /liliKnowledge of ESA-STAR.
/liliExperience with end-to-end observability tools.
/liliA good working knowledge of other EU languages.
