campaigns and congresses attendanceAnalyze market trends and competitorsDevelop and implement brand communicationManage and enhance the company brandAnalyze data to measure campaign effectiveness and guide strategic decisionsTrack performance and ensure field force continuous training and supportRequirements & QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent3+ years of experience in Marketing preferably in Ophthalmic CompaniesStrong written, verbal and collaboration skillsExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projectsEnglish speaking xysqume Workplace: in office (San Benedetto del Tronto), remote and on the field (hybrid activity).
