pIn this role you will lead construction planning and execution for a defined LNG facility area, coordinating multiple contractors and on-site teams to meet schedule and budget.
You'll influence safety culture, project execution, and HSSE outcomes while partnering with cross-functional groups to deliver high-impact projects.
Your leadership will shape how construction activities integrate with design and planning, across multiple sites and phases.
This is a hands-on, results-driven position that drives profitability and operational excellence in a complex energy environment.
/pulliLead on-site construction delivery and manage changes to the plan to meet schedule and cost goals /liliFormulate and execute a robust construction plan; oversee safety, quality, client interface, and labor productivity /liliAct as front-line business manager; coordinate on-site operations and support functions /liliDevelop and maintain Project Execution Plan; ensure all reports, meetings, and approvals are documented /liliManage risks, control scope changes, and verify contractor progress against contract commitments /liliCoordinate with stakeholders to ensure availability of labor, equipment,



and materials /liliMonitor cost, schedule, and productivity; communicate deviations and corrective actions /liliPromote a constructive MDR-compliant culture and ensure timely training and policy enforcement /liliBachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent on-the-job experience /lili***** years of experience in industrial construction projects with knowledge of Construction Planning /liliExperience on construction sites with detailed work planning processes /liliKnowledge of AWP project management methodology and lifecycle phases /liliStrong communication and presentation skills /liliAdvanced MS Office skills (Excel and Access) /liliExperience in implementing MDR procedures and standards /liliLeadership experience and ability to influence others /liliStrong understanding of construction sequencing and techniques /liliEnergetic and integrity-driven professional /liliKnowledge of WorkFace Planning structures and contract requirements /liliConstruction Planning /liliAWP project management /liliMDR procedures and standards /li /ul #J-*****-Ljbffr
