In this on-site role in Milan, you will manage all project documentation through the document control system, ensuring accurate versioning and filing for fast-paced data centre projects.
You will coordinate drawings, RFIs and technical submittals with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to support programme delivery.
You will maintain compliance and audit-ready records, and act as the central point of contact for document-related queries.
You will produce regular reports and help streamline processes to improve efficiency in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

Manage and maintain project documentation with proper version control and filing
Coordinate flow of drawings, RFIs, and technical submittals between site, consultants, and subcontractors
Ensure documentation meets project, client, and regulatory standards with full traceability
Act as central point of contact for document-related queries across engineering, QA/QC, and construction teams
Produce regular document control reports and identify process improvements xysqume
Requisiti fondamentali
2+ years experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects
Based within a commutable distance of Milan
