The Process Improvement and Project Management Specialist supports the Process Improvement and Project Management function within GM&RA; by contributing to project coordination, process monitoring, reporting activities and continuous improvement initiatives. The position is intended for a junior profile at the beginning of their professional career after university graduation, working under the guidance of more senior colleagues and the Head of Management Office.
The role supports the collection, organization and analysis of project information, the preparation of reports and dashboards, and the follow-up of timelines, milestones, action plans and deliverables across GM&RA; Units and Departments. The position also contributes to initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency,
supporting the introduction of digital tools and facilitating collaboration and information exchange across functions.
Key Responsabilities
Supports the coordination of cross-functional projects across GM&RA; by helping to collect and organize information related to objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, resource needs, risks and action items, under the guidance of senior colleagues.
Contributes to the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, meeting materials, action logs, status reports and follow-up trackers for GM&RA; initiatives, clinical studies and Regulatory Programs.
Assists in monitoring project timelines, milestones and deliverables, highlighting delays, inconsistencies or missing information to the relevant project leads or senior team members.
Supports ad hoc, cross-functional and continuous improvement initiatives by helping to coordinate inputs from GM&RA; Departments and relevant co
