Electrical Project Manager – Data Centres | Milan

I’m currently supporting a leading European data centre delivery organisation with the appointment of an Electrical Project Manager for a major project in Milan.

My client specialises in data centre delivery , covering design, construction and commissioning across Europe.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager or Electrical Construction Manager to work on a large-scale, technically complex data centre project .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the planning and delivery of electrical construction activities.
- Coordinate electrical contractors, subcontractors and site teams.
- Develop and manage construction programmes and resource requirements.
- Monitor installation, quality, costs and project timelines.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, risks and potential delays.
- Coordinate with clients, engineering, commissioning and commercial teams.




- Lead project/site meetings and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure works comply with health & safety and relevant regulations.
- Support commissioning and project handover.

Key Requirements

- 10+ years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong electrical construction and project delivery experience.
- Strong background within an M&E; / MEP contractor is essential.
- Proven experience managing large site teams.
- Relevant Electrical Engineering qualification.
- Data Centre / Mission Critical experience highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
