Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation Support - Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits as directed. - Assist in preparing ingredients for cooking and food service. - Portion and arrange food items when required. - Support chefs during meal preparation and service. Cleaning and Sanitation - Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment. - Clean and sanitize work surfaces, floors, storage areas,



and kitchen equipment. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. - Dispose of waste and recyclables according to established procedures.

Stock Handling - Receive and store food supplies and deliveries. - Organize storage areas and maintain cleanliness. - Report shortages, damages, or expired products to supervisors. - Assist with inventory checks when required. General Support - Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations. - Adhere to company policies and procedures. - Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned by supervisors. - Work cooperatively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations vetrinabakeca
