The Group, a world leader in the luxury sector, operates in more than 45 countries with the PRADA, Miu Miu, Versace, Church’s, Car Shoe and Luna Rossa brands, and has employees of over 100 nationalities.JOB PURPOSEThe CRM Intern will support the Regional CRM team in the development, implementation and monitoring of CRM and clienteling initiatives aimed at increasing client engagement, loyalty and spend among existing and prospective Prada clients.RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the development and implementation of CRM and clienteling initiatives based on business needs, including the preparation of client target lists, tools and resources designed to drive client interactions, store appointments, revenue and long-term loyalty.Analyse CRM data and client behavior to identify relevant insights and opportunities, supporting the development of commercial actions for specific client segments.Support stores in the implementation of the clienteling strategy and CRM best practices, including the preparation of presentations,
