Overview

As Analyst, Quality Engineering, you will support regional quality efforts for finished goods produced by external manufacturers and EU suppliers. You will work with cross-functional teams to embed quality into product development, supplier audits, and post-launch quality improvements. You’ll help drive early quality in new products, validate processes, and resolve quality escalations in a global supply chain. This role offers a meaningful impact on product safety and quality across Europe within a family-owned, purpose-driven company.

Responsabilità

- Join cross-functional product development teams to ensure early quality integration
- Conduct SQA audits at new external manufacturers and suppliers
- Support specification development and participate in product design reviews
- Define product-specific defects lists and AQLs
- Assist in product and process validation (PPV, PLQ) at EMs/sites

- Develop quality control plans for new processes at EMs and suppliers
- Review defect classification and support specification finalization
- Monitor supplier performance and product conformity via on-site audits
- Support post-launch quality improvements and incident analysis
- Adhere to Safety, Health & Environment guidelines in daily work

Requisiti fondamentali

- BS in Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent
- Fluent English
- 6 months to 1 year experience in Quality function
- Experience in supplier auditing
- Knowledge of applied statistics (process capability, sampling, DOE)
- Knowledge of ISO 9000, ISO 2859, ISO 22716
- Understanding of household product technologies
- Lean methodology and risk management awareness
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel for business trips
