OverviewAs a Team Leader, you will coordinate and supervise production activities under the guidance of the Production Supervisor. You will help develop departmental personnel, ensure safety and policy compliance, and drive achievement of goals. You will provide performance feedback and support short-term issue resolution, working with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth operations. This role focuses on team effectiveness, timely attendance, and effective communication of objectives to align with the plant's production goals.
