IT agreements- Take care of corporate governance and corporate secretarial matters- Manage data protection and privacy and other compliance matters (231, whistleblowing, anti-money laundering, KYC)- Provide practical and timely legal support and business advice to all internal stakeholders (e.G. marketing, finance, sales, supply chain, IT, logistics, and HR)- Support and assist the EMEA legal director in handling global initiatives and complex matters as neededThe profile:- Italian law degree. Bar admission is considered a plus- 5+ of professional experience gained at international law firm and/or in-house department;a combination of both is strongly preferred- Full professional proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of French is considered a plus- Proven ability to draft and negotiate contracts and other legal documents in a pragmatic way;must have the ability to provide rapid, practical, business-oriented advice directly to all business units;- Excellent team player with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and a positive and proactive attitude- Must be self-reliant, hard-working, flexible, and organizedWhat we offer:- Employment Type: Permanent Contract, full-time- National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL): Commercio & Terziario- Salary range: Eur 40,000 – 55,000 gross per year + premio + benefits- Hybrid working 2 days per week
