The Role

We are looking for a Software Engineer - Endpoint Agents to join our Product team and contribute to the development of the software that runs on our users' endpoints.
You will collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Research and customers to translate requirements into high-quality endpoint solutions.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent;
- 3+ years of professional software development experience;
- Solid knowledge of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms and concurrency;
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including HTTP, TLS and DNS;
- Strong knowledge of software engineering practices, including Agile methodologies, version control, CI/CD, automated testing and documentation;
- Security- and privacy-minded, with knowledge of secure coding principles and guidelines such as OWASP;
- Ability to explain and defend technical decisions clearly;
- Daily use of AI coding agents to accelerate development, debugging and code review;
- Native or near-native proficiency in Italian, both spoken and written.
Nice to Have
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent;
- Experience developing, shipping and maintaining native or cross-platform desktop applications on Windows and/or macOS;
- Experience with C#/.NET, Electron or similar technologies;
- Knowledge of operating system internals and platform security models;
- Experience with enterprise application deployment technologies such as GPO, SCCM or Intune;
- Experience with application code signing and distribution;
- Experience with performance analysis and optimization, including memory usage, CPU utilization and battery consumption;
- Knowledge of web security threats and detection or evasion techniques;
- Experience working on cybersecurity, SaaS or enterprise products.
