The selected candidate will join the Showroom team and will be responsible for supporting sales activities and providing a professional and engaging experience to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Availability for November and December is required.
- Welcome and assist clients throughout their showroom experience.
- Present and recommend products according to clients’ needs and preferences.
- Support the sales process and contribute to achieving sales objectives.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and brand representation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in fashion or luxury.
- Passion for fashion and strong customer service orientation.
- Fluency in Italian and English is required.
- Knowledge of any additional language is highly appreciated, particularly Russian, Arabic, Chinese or other languages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, sales-oriented and team-focused approach.
- Availability to work during November and December.
