Role: Human Data Specialist (Remote)Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)Role Overview:We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Senior Human Data Manager to work on a full-time basis. This role involves overseeing data collection, validation, and annotation processes to ensure high-quality training datasets for AI models. The position requires managing teams of human annotators and coordinating with technical stakeholders to align data standards with project objectives.Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement data annotation guidelines to maintain consistency and accuracy across datasets.- Lead and mentor a team of human annotators, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality benchmarks.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements for AI model training and evaluation.- Monitor data annotation workflows for efficiency, scalability,
