Overview

In this role you will support the Sales Department by combining administrative duties with a strong analytical focus. You will ensure data quality, produce reports, and deliver insights to guide commercial decisions. You will collaborate with Area Sales Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to streamline operations and drive performance. The position centers on leveraging data and digital tools to improve processes and business outcomes. This is a data-driven role in a tech-enabled organization, offering meaningful impact within a global industrial group.

Responsabilità

- Support administrative and analytical activities of the commercial organization
- Ensure data quality and accurate data management
- Prepare reporting and conduct business analysis
- Drive process improvements in sales operations




- Provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders
- Assist Area Sales Managers with data-driven decision support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Data Science
- ≥5 years of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, Commercial Back Office, Business Analysis, Reporting or similar
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools, preferably Power BI
- Experience with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is a strong plus
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Python or other analytical tools
- Excellent written and spoken English
