As a Subscription Renewals Sales Representative, you support customer retention and revenue growth in a defined territory. You work closely with cross-functional teams to renew multi-year subscriptions and uncover expansion opportunities. You will engage customers via calls, video, and email to demonstrate ongoing value and secure renewals.
