Overview In this role you will ensure rapid resolution of complex customer challenges and empower the service team with practical expertise. You will work across levels to drive service quality and support growth beyond service. Based in Triveneto (Padova or Venezia preferred) and primarily remote, you will troubleshoot, install and maintain microscopy systems and IT solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to sustain standard work and continuous improvement, delivering measurable impact for customers and the business. Responsabilità

- Delight customers with timely, competent responses and clear communication; collaborate with the Service Team to provide professional after-sales service in the region.
- Support Sales Representatives with installations and demonstrations.
- Service, repair,

and install products or IT solutions at customer sites, including electrical and mechanical testing under maintenance contracts.
- Respond to support calls within territory; diagnose failures and define cost-effective solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical support or quality reporting; help grow the business by high-quality customer support and by identifying new opportunities.

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor’s Engineer Degree; fluent in English and Italian
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to travel within Triveneto up to 70% and to other regions in Italy; valid driver’s license; ability to lift/move equipment
