In this role, you will lead strategic sales of the full Success Cloud portfolio to designated accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, driving adoption, growth, and customer value across the customer lifecycle. You will craft territory and account plans, manage pipeline, and deliver compelling solutions that translate into YOY revenue growth.

You will collaborate across functions to align on goals and best practices, shaping how customers realize business outcomes with Salesforce. This position offers the opportunity to influence large-scale engagements and be a visible leader in a fast-evolving AI-driven environment.

Exceed growth and bookings targets for the CSG Success Cloud portfolio and maintain customer satisfaction goals as a regional leader

Understand customer's drivers, goals, and desired outcomes to apply industry expertise effectively

Engage C-level executives with a consultative selling approach to establish long-term advisory relationships

Develop and communicate a compelling vision of transformative solutions to generate business value

Create and manage territory and account plans aligned with customer business goals

Forecast accurately, build pipeline, and advance opportunities to achieve YOY revenue growth

Collaborate with License Sales and regional Alliances/Partner organizations

Demonstrate collaborative leadership and mentor others in cross-functional teams

8+ years of consultative sales experience with quota attainment

4+ years selling or delivering professional services for a strategic consulting firm or large-scale system integrator

Demonstrated C-level relationship building as a trusted advisor

Experience growing large, complex accounts ($M+)

Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills

Ability to thrive in a complex, matrixed environment strong interpersonal skills leadership consultative selling territory and account planning
