As Senior Solution Architect, you will design robust, scalable power system architectures for European Data Centre projects. You will bridge customers, engineering teams and product development to deliver integrated power solutions that meet reliability, resilience and sustainability goals. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technically sound designs and reference architectures.

- Develop integrated power system architectures for hyperscale, colocation and enterprise Data Centre projects
- Design complete critical power solutions including generation, BESS, switchgear, controls and grid interfaces
- Define system configurations and grid connection concepts; develop redundancy strategies (N, N+1, 2N)
- Lead customer engagements, workshops and design reviews as the principal technical advisor
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering and Project Management to ensure technical consistency
- Support solution development through application engineering activities
- Capture customer requirements and feedback to inform product development and best practices
- Represent the company in technical meetings and industry events
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Energy Engineering
- Minimum 5 years in Solution Architecture, Application Engineering or System Design within international engineering organisations
- Strong experience in Data Centres, Critical Power, Power Generation, BESS, Grid Integration or related fields
- Proven ability to design integrated xysqume power systems for complex customer environments
- Experience supporting technical sales and working with commercial teams during long cycles
- Strong understanding of interfaces with EPC contractors, consultants and technology partners
- Strong systems thinking
