We're seeking a talented Senior Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in Computer Vision to join our team. You will lead the development and deployment of advanced computer vision models and systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize machine learning algorithms that drive our innovative products and services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the design, development, and deployment of computer vision models and algorithms for real-time and batch processing applications.
2. Collaborate with teams to translate project requirements into technical solutions.
3. Develop and optimize deep learning models for image classification, object detection, segmentation, and tracking.
4. Implement scalable machine learning pipelines for training, validation, and deployment.
5. Research and stay current with advancements in computer vision and machine learning technologies.
6.
Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning.
7. Evaluate and integrate third-party tools and libraries.
8. Perform rigorous testing and validation of models.
9. Collaborate with engineers to deploy models and monitor performance.
Qualifications
1. 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models, specializing in computer vision.
2. Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenCV.
3. Proven track record in designing and implementing deep learning models for various computer vision tasks.
4. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Experience with data preprocessing, augmentation, and annotation.
8. Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience leading projects and managing teams.
2. Client-side image processing using JavaScript.
3. Startup experience.
4. Knowledge of multi-GPU technologies.
5. Experience with edge computing.
