MAIN TASKS

- Lead Locally new and strategic projects, including sustainable workplace transformation, to guarantee the full integration of project implementation with proper facility enhancement (mechanical/electrical systems);
- Develop and maintain locally workplace standards, coordinate integration and installation of test systems and building project;
- Define technical contents needed to sustain the engineering complexity of mechanical and electrical & electronic systems, based on his/her specific experience in equipment installations and rearrangements;
- Define, lead and implement maintenance strategy;
- Develop Statement of Requirements for all project and systems;
- Lead project plan and guarantee timing implementation of facilities engineering projects;
- Guarantee high level of strategic technologies according to the key provision and performances required, in the new project requirements
- Conduct Safety reviews and failure analysis of equipment design
- Use data based approach for equipment selection and design
- Maintain accurate documentation on project design
- Develop standards
- Support and lead when needed Laboratory Operations troubleshooting activities,



with root cause investigation and provide engineering solutions to escalate issues
- Communicate and coordinate information to and from internal and external stakeholders.

PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION (required and/or preferred)

- Engine / vehicle testing knowledge Communication,
- Ability to learn and use new software systems
- Project estimating and execution
- Proactivity; communication and team-working skills; capability on motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
- Problem solving Time management and organizational skills

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE (fields and years of work experience)

- Laboratory Test Equipment & Devices
- Automation and Mechanical Systems engineering project management Computer literate
- Scheduling and Planning of Development activities

TECHINICAL AND SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED

- Good Knowledge of MS Office package
- Autocad
- Maximo
- Fire regulations

Permanent contract

Expected Salary Package: 35-45k€ based on the experience.
