Senior Engagement Manager (ServiceNow) – Italy – Remote
Empiric are supporting a leading global organisation on a critical ServiceNow requirement in Italy.
This is a high-priority opportunity for an experienced Senior Engagement Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex ServiceNow programmes across multiple client engagements.
You’ll be responsible for delivery governance, client relationships, financial tracking, resource management and risk control, while helping customers maximise value across the ServiceNow platform and its emerging AI capabilities.
Key Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of ServiceNow Professional Services and Engagement / Project Management experience.
- ServiceNow programme and portfolio delivery.
- Management of multiple concurrent client engagements.
- SOW, scope, timeline and deliverable governance.
- Client and senior stakeholder management.
- Resource and capacity management.
- Financial tracking, burn-rate management and invoicing oversight.
- Risk, issue, dependency and change management.
- ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and platform workflows.
- ServiceNow architecture and solution delivery understanding.
- Understanding of ServiceNow AI capabilities and business use cases.
- Active ServiceNow certification such as CSA,
CAD or CIS.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
- Fluent Italian and English.
Nice to Haves
- ServiceNow SPM / PPM experience.
- Advanced ServiceNow workflow certifications.
- Experience mentoring Engagement Managers and delivery teams.
- Experience managing complex customer escalations and operational conversations.
- Strong background in enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformation programmes.
Contract Details
Location: Italy
Work Mode: Remote, with flexible travel as required
Contract Setup: 12-Month Freelance / B2B Contract – Partita IVA required or willingness to establish one before starting
Languages: Italian & English – Advanced / Fluent required
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience
