The Office
The Office S.R.L. is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Trieste.
In this role, you will assist with everyday customer requests and help ensure that enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. You will also provide administrative support connected with customer records, communications and follow-up activities.
Key activities
- Respond to customer enquiries through email and other routine communication channels
- Provide clear information and assist with general customer requests
- Record customer interactions and update relevant information
- Follow up on open enquiries and pending requests
- Prepare basic documents and correspondence when required
- Coordinate with colleagues to obtain information needed to assist customers
- Keep customer records organised and accurate
- Escalate more complex questions to the appropriate team member
- Support other routine customer service tasks as needed
What you can bring
We are looking for a dependable person who communicates clearly and approaches customer enquiries with patience and professionalism.
Previous experience in customer service, reception, administration or a similar role would be useful. A willingness to learn and follow established procedures is equally important.
You should be comfortable using email, computers and standard office applications. Good organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage several requests during the day will help you perform well in this position.
The role provides an opportunity to develop practical experience in customer support while working closely with an established office team.
