About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced
ACI Senior Network Engineer to join a consulting engineering engagement supporting Cisco solutions and enterprise customer environments. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, Cisco account teams, partners, and internal technical teams to design, deploy, optimize, and troubleshoot complex network solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work directly with customers and technical stakeholders on the strategy, deployment, and optimization of Cisco services and solutions.
- Take a leadership role in the execution and delivery of network projects.
- Develop, review, and approve technical project deliverables, including High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), design recommendations, and implementation/change-management plans.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and compatibility issues using test environments and lab infrastructure where required.
- Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Cisco networking products and solutions.
- Act as a technical focal point for resolving complex customer issues across multiple networking technologies.
- Contribute to technical best practices,
methodologies, automation scripts, and reusable technical resources.
- Share knowledge and successful solutions across the wider technical practice.
Required Qualifications &
Experience :
- Strong expertise in Cisco Routing & Switching (R&S;) — mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of at least one additional technology, such as Cisco Data Center / ACI or SD-WAN.
- CCNP certification or higher.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline.
- 5–8 years of relevant network engineering experience.
- Strong experience working with enterprise customers and complex network environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with customers, partners, and technical teams.
- Willingness and ability to work onsite frequently as required by the engagement.
