We are looking for a dedicated Chef de Partie to manage a specific kitchen section within the restaurant of Saporium Firenze and support the Executive Chef in delivering consistent culinary excellence. You will play a key role in overseeing daily preparations, ensuring the highest quality standards, and supporting the creativity and efficiency of the kitchen team.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepare and cook dishes in your section, ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation, while managing mise en place and keeping ingredients fresh and organised.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to achieve operational goals and maintain smooth kitchen workflow.
- Supervise, train, and support junior kitchen staff assigned to your section.
- Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth workflow and timely service during lunch, dinner, and special events.
- Monitor and maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Stay updated on culinary trends, techniques, and product knowledge to contribute to menu development and innovation.
Who you are:
- An experienced Senior Chef de Partie with 3-5 years of experience ; background in luxury hospitality, boutique hotels, or high-end culinary environments is considered a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly within a team.
- Professional, disciplined, and dedicated to maintaining the highest standards under pressure. xrdztoy
