Required Skills
Must have Fluency in at least one primary language (e.g. Python, Go, Type Script, Java, Rust) and comfortable reading a second Database work: relational schema design, indexing, query tuning, familiarity with at least one non-relational store REST API design and consumption Version control with Git, including branching strategy and code review etiquette Secure coding Infrastructure as code and CI/CD automation System design: decomposing a problem into services, handling failure modes, reasoning about trade-offs Nice to have Cloud architecture and hands-on cost optimisation (AWS, Azure, or GCP) MDM and on-prem device management experience ISO 27001 and SOC 2 experience: controls, policies, audits, evidence collection Active Directory / Entra ID knowledge: structure, trusts, GPOs, replication Familiarity with AD attack paths and tooling (Kerberoasting, ADCS abuse, Blood Hound) Identity and access management, SSO, MFA Detection engineering, logging, and monitoring (SIEM, EDR, cloud audit logs) Windows internals, endpoint security, or red team experience What we look for Reasoning ability. Compensation
We offer a competitive salary (from €40,200 to €87,600 + equity, depending on the role and experience.
