Job Summary
Drive channel development and sales growth for the Material Handler product line in the Italian market — primarily responsible for identifying, recruiting, and developing dealer/distributor partners to build a strong sales channel network and achieve revenue/market-share targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead channel development across Italy: identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers/distributors
2. Build and maintain long-term dealer relationships aligned with SANY's sales strategy and brand standards
3. Formulate and execute market development strategies, sales plans, and territory targets
4. Drive dealer performance via business reviews, target setting, and incentive programs
5. Feed local market intelligence into product positioning, pricing, and competitive strategy
6. Equip dealers with product knowledge, sales tools, and marketing materials
7.
Represent SANY at trade shows/exhibitions
8. Liaise with HQ sales, marketing, and product teams on market feedback and new launches
9. Deliver sales forecasts, pipeline, and channel performance reports
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, International Business, or related field
2. Proven channel/dealer development experience in construction machinery, material handling, or heavy equipment
3. Track record building dealer networks and managing channel sales
4. Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
5. Fluent English and Italian
6. Willing to travel extensively across Italy
