We are looking for a Sales Supervisor with technical background to take part in Şişecam's refractory plant "Refel S.p.A" located in San Vito al Tagliamento (PN).

More about the Role:

- Follow up the technical/commercial activities
- Follow up commercial offers and support to the technical office for the drafting of offers and estimates
- Monitoring of shipments and deliveries
- Conduct market analysis and search for new customers
- Conduct pre- and post-sales services and resolution of customer problems
- Carry out reporting, process analysis and improvement studies

All about you:

- Bachelor's degree (Preferably degree in engineering or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Autocad 2D and Inventor 3D
- Knowledge of MS Office (advanced Excel,



preferably at VBA macro level)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales roles
- Good command of Italian and English language
- Resident in the province of Pordenone, Udine or surrounding areas
- Preferably SAP knowledge

Salary: the Gross Annual Salary for this position is 25-30k€, based on experiences and qualifications.
