Sales Engineer

The Sales Engineer, working with technical teams and within their assigned geographic area, is responsible for managing and developing the company's sales network.
Key Responsibilities and Activities:
Manage and develop sales activities in the assigned geographic area (Tuscany Region).
Consolidate and develop relationships with existing and new customers.
Identify new business opportunities and promote market development.
Present company solutions and products, supporting customers in selecting the most suitable solutions.
Achieve agreed-upon sales objectives in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
- Collaborate with the technical team to offer standard solutions and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Good written and spoken English.
Technical knowledge of industrial automation and Industrial IoT.
Ability to work in a team and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented and goal-oriented.
Preferred Requirements:
Experience in the industrial automation sector,
with particular reference to the industrial, naval, OEM, and automotive markets.
Good knowledge of the distribution channel and related sales dynamics.
At least two years of previous experience in a similar technical or commercial role.
- Residency in Tuscany is essential, preferably in the central region.
Education:
Technical diploma, preferably Industrial Expert (Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Automation), or a degree in a scientific subject.

Working hours:
Full-time, Monday to Friday
Grade:
National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking and Industrial Sector.
Meal vouchers or reimbursement for travel expenses.
Company car for both business and personal use.
Approximate salary: €35,000-€45,000 (defined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria).
