Job title: Sales and relationship manager Europe
Role purpose:
The sales and relationship manager Europe is responsible for driving revenue growth and managing key client relationships across European markets. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, deepening existing client partnerships, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across European markets, with a focus on both new and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, corporates, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling of products and services.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely resolution of queries and proactive communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, legal, operations) to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports for clients and senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across Europe.
Skills and experience:
- Proven track record in sales and relationship management,
preferably within financial services or capital markets.
- Strong understanding of European markets and regulatory environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- Results-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel across Europe as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications (e.g. CFA, CISI) are an advantage.
