About the Role The successful candidate will join the Sales Department and play a key role in supporting both the administrative and analytical activities of the commercial organization.
The position combines operational Sales Administration responsibilities with a strong focus on data quality, reporting, business analysis, and process improvement. The role will support Area Sales Managers and other internal stakeholders by ensuring efficient sales operations, accurate data management, and actionable insights to support business decisions.
The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, technology-oriented,
and interested in leveraging data, digital tools, and process optimization to improve business performance.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Previous experience (at least 5 years) in Sales Administration, Sales Support, Commercial Back Office, Business Analysis, Reporting, Data Analysis, or similar roles.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools, preferably Power BI.
- Experience with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is considered a strong plus.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or other analytical tools is considered a plus.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Our Offer Compensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR 35.000, in line with experience. The actual offer may exceed this minimum based on the candidate's qualifications and fit for the role.
A range of additional benefits (e.g., insurances, etc.) is also available in accordance with Company policy.
The applicable collective agreement is the CCNL Metalmeccanico.
