WE’RE HIRING | ACCOUNT MANAGER

HOWNSEA | International Business Division

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to become a key customer-facing member of our international automotive business.

This role sits at the center of customer relationships, commercial execution, and account growth.

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

Build strong working relationships across customer procurement, engineering, quality, and other key functions. Understand customer needs, maintain close communication, and ensure HOWNSEA remains a responsive and trusted partner.

BUSINESS & ORDER EXECUTION

Own the day-to-day execution of assigned accounts — from order confirmation and delivery coordination to issue resolution, reconciliation, and payment follow-up. Work cross-functionally with our Sales, Program Engineering, Quality, Production, Logistics, and Finance teams.

ACCOUNT DEVELOPMENT

Understand customer purchasing trends, product mix, organizational changes, and future requirements. Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and support the commercial team in expanding our customer relationships.

We’re looking for

✓ 2+ years in international sales, account management, or overseas market development

✓ Automotive components industry experience preferred

✓ Strong customer relationship and communication skills

✓ Commercial mindset with strong execution and problem-solving capability

✓ Experience coordinating across production, quality, logistics, and other functions

✓ Professional, Chinese and English communication capability

✓ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with frequent customer interaction and travel
