Alianza Logistics is looking for an experienced Road Freight professional to join our international team in Italy.
Your role
- Develop road freight business and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage international and domestic transport using subcontracted carriers.
- Negotiate rates with customers and transport providers.
- Coordinate transport operations and monitor profitability.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Work independently with the support of Alianza Logistics' operational infrastructure.
What we're looking for
- Experience in road freight forwarding, transport or logistics.
- Good knowledge of the European road freight market.
- Commercial mindset and strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop business and manage transport operations independently.
- English required; other European languages are a plus.
