In this role you will drive revamping commercial growth for Renvolt's O&M; business in Italy, shaping the sales action plan and expanding the opportunity pipeline. You will manage end-to-end business development, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with Tender Managers, O&M; Operations, and engineering teams to ensure technical and commercial success. This position offers international exposure and a chance to influence large-scale renewable project opportunities.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen partnerships and promote our revamping solutions. Build and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline Lead the full business development cycle through to contract signature Identify new clients and lead negotiations for revamping contracts Contribute to risk management and mitigation strategies Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with key stakeholders Lead offer preparation with Tender Managers on scope and pricing Support development of new revamping solutions with Head of Sales and Head of O&M; Operations Contribute to brand promotion initiatives Ensure coordination between O&M; Managers, Revamping Project Managers, and Engineering teams Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Management Minimum 5 years of experience in sales (mandatory) Over 10 years in EPC, Service, or O&M; environments (preferred) At least 4 years in renewable energy sector (preferred) Proven track record in negotiating and budgeting EPC/O&M;/Service contracts Strong understanding of the solar and/or wind asset industry Solid knowledge of accounting principles and procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Fluent in English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus (French, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian) Strong customer orientation and service quality mindset Ability to design flexible and tailored solutions Professional attitude, resilience, and perseverance Microsoft Office Accounting principles and procedures Contract negotiation and budgeting
