About this Position We are looking for a National Account Manager DIY with solid and proven experience in the DIY, construction chemicals, and technical building materials industry.
As a National Account Manager DIY, you will be responsible for developing and managing key national customers within the DIY and Home Improvement channel. You will play a crucial role in shaping our commercial strategy and will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Application Engineering, and other business functions to accelerate business growth.

What you ́ll do Define and execute the commercial strategy for global, regional, and local customers, including annual revenue plans and sales targets within the DIY and Home Improvement channels.
Identify business opportunities and manage the budgets dedicated to commercial development for assigned customers and agreed objectives.
Define and implement joint business plans, translating customer strategies and priorities into a shared roadmap.
Develop and maintain strong, sustainable, long-term relationships with key customers, buyers, and decision-makers.
Negotiate commercial agreements, contracts, assortments, and promotional activities, ensuring compliance with commitments and commercial policies.
Analyze performance data, KPIs, profitability, and customer potential.
Collaborate with Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Application Engineering teams to develop channel-specific projects while monitoring market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive scenarios.
Actively contribute to the definition and implementation of the DIY strategy in Italy by identifying new growth opportunities, business development initiatives, and new customer acquisition plans.
Collaborate with and provide guidance to the field sales force.
