In this role at Bosch Sensortec’s Milan Design Center you design MEMS structures to meet mechanical and electrical specs, using model-based design and simulations focused on accelerometers. You develop new design-optimization algorithms and improve simulation methods, working within a cross-functional team. You coordinate design and simulation tasks with project management and technology development, shaping advanced MEMS sensing solutions.

- Work as part of a cross-functional engineering team and manage internal work packages
- Coordinate design and simulation tasks with project management and technology development
- Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering (or PhD)
- Proficient coder with MATLAB/Python and finite element tools
- Simulink skills and AI methods preferred
- 3–5 years’ experience in MEMS design and model development (inertial MEMS sensors)
- Experience conducting lab experiments; cross-functional team experience
