Identify required components, equipment, and systems using customer technical documentation and internal engineering support Prepare spare parts packages for initial supply in collaboration with product-specific technical departments Evaluate costs in cooperation with purchasing, costing,

and supplier management teams Draft technical specifications and detailed commercial quotations Collect and analyze project information, aligning after-sales activities with contractual milestones Maintain accurate records of quotations and orders within ERP systems Provide excellent customer service, handling technical inquiries and support needs Degree in Engineering or Technical Diploma (preferred specializations: Previous experience in technical-commercial back-office roles within mechanical engineering companies or steel production plant environments Fluent English language skills (written and spoken) Preferred: Proficiency in an additional language Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience of SAP S/4HANA is considered a plus The gross annual salary for the position will be determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, such as the skills required, the responsibilities involved, the level of autonomy, and the complexity of the role. #
