As Lead Trial Delivery Manager, you drive study-level execution and vendor oversight across countries, ensuring trial plans align with local capabilities. You will shape operational strategies, manage risk, and mentor team members to deliver high-quality clinical research. This role sits at the intersection of trial management and cross-functional delivery within a mission-driven, innovative healthcare environment.

- Create and maintain critical trial documents (e.g., Monitoring Guidelines, ICF, IMP-related docs)
- Manage vendor setup, on-going vendor activities, SOW creation and budget oversight
- Coordinate country/regional trial management activities and risk reviews
- Contribute to program-level compound training with Clinical/CTL&D;/Medical Writing
- Provide input on trial-level operational strategies and resolve trial-related issues

- Participate in process improvement at trial/compound/cross-DU levels
- Support Health Authority inspections and risk mitigation planning
- Mentor onboarding and development of Trial Management staff
- BS degree or equivalent; 4+ years clinical trial experience in pharma/healthcare
- Experience across multiple study phases (I–IV) and management of multiple trial aspects
- 2–3 years supporting global clinical trials
- Strong leadership; ability xysqume to work in matrixed global environments
- Excellent decision-making, analytics, and financial management skills
- Ability to operate with limited supervision and mentor others
- Experience hiring, training, and evaluating staff
