Responsabilità
- Lead testing activities for implementation or upgrade projects with clear planning, execution, and reporting
- Coordinate test cycles with clients to align expectations and ensure project success
- Perform in‑depth test analysis and design to cover complex business workflows
- Drive cross‑unit collaboration to reduce delivery dependencies and resolve impediments
- Own deviation management and ensure high quality defect reporting
- Lead regular client meetings guiding the full testing lifecycle
- Mentor team members, contribute to Communities of Practice, and support capability development
- Drive knowledge transfer, structured training, and cross‑team collaboration
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years in testing, business analysis, or consulting on complex/financial systems
- Extensive experience applying Agile frameworks at project team level
- Experience in the financial domain with testing or consulting for financial institutions or platforms
- Experience with coordinating testing across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to promote automation and adoption of AI strategy within the team
- Proficient SQL and data analysis skills
- ISTQB or other relevant qualifications
- Upper‑intermediate English or above
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and in cross‑functional teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a high‑pressure environment
