About The Role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager dedicated to the Energy market, responsible for driving overall sales performance across the sector. You will manage key accounts, exceed sales targets, develop new business opportunities, and apply structured sales methodologies — including Solution Selling and Customer-Centric approaches.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the overall turnover of the Energy sector, beyond managing individual accounts.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets; drive new product and customer development.

- Identify market trends and develop strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
- Act in full alignment and strict co-ordination with the G-MSM Energy Team in the HQ in Espelkamp.
- Collaborate with Customer Service to ensure seamless internal and external sales alignment.
- Manage leads, pipeline, and opportunities in CRM Dynamics.
- Deliver account plans, sales forecasts, and budget preparations on time.

Qualifications And Experience

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent specialized training.
- Several years of professional experience in sales, ideally within the Energy sector.
- Thorough understanding of the Energy market ecosystem: Grid, Energy Storage Systems, Power Generation (including wind, hydro, and solar) and Hydrogen.
- Established knowledge of major players and utility companies in the energy market.
- Strong application knowledge within the energy sector.
- Excellent English proficiency, verbal and written.
