Monitor and analyze the financial and operational performance of our stores and retail network
• Support monthly closing and reporting activities, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
• Consolidate data from multiple systems to produce meaningful business insights Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast) and identify key business drivers
• Act as business partner with Finance, Retail, and Operations teams to support performance improvement actions
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.
Who we're looking for
Graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or related fields; Strong Excel skills and good knowledge of Power Point; Basic knowledge of accounting, financial reporting; Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data accuracy; Proactive attitude, curiosity, and a genuine interest in retail and beauty industry dynamics; Fluent in English (written and spoken).
