myPOS is seeking an HR Generalist to lead people matters in Italy, covering recruitment, payroll, and employment documentation.

You will partner with local managers and our international HR/Payroll teams in a hands-on role with ownership from finding the right people to ensuring they are paid.

Responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment (focus on sales roles), coordinating payroll xysqume with Deel, ensuring compliance with Italian tax and CCNL, and managing employee contracts, benefits, and HR
