Investment Associate - Digital Infrastructure We're working exclusively with a leading pan-European digital infrastructure platform who are building out an Investment team and are looking to hire an Associate to join their growing platform. About the Role
Sitting within the Investment team and reporting directly to the Chief Investment Officer , the role is at the heart of the business — supporting investment decisions, expansion strategy, and corporate development initiatives. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business on high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain complex financial models for acquisitions and follow-on investments Lead underwriting and returns analysis across data centre campuses Assist with M&A;, strategic forecasting, and business planning Prepare materials for internal and external stakeholders , including the board Support corporate development and financing transactions as required Qualifications: 2–4 years' experience in M&A;, or Private Equity. xkiyazw Prior exposure to Digital Infrastructure/Data Centres is highly desirable. Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities Background in data centres, real estate, or private equity preferred Conversational Italian is essential; additional European languages a plus Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Management, or related fields High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills Eligibility to Work in the EU.
