About The Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Events Administrative Intern to join our Southern Europe Events team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to event management, communication, marketing, and project coordination in an international environment.

The intern will support the Events team with the planning and coordination of events between Spain and Italy, as well as with administrative and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Events team in the planning and coordination of events and projects
- Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets, including attendee lists, transfer and rooming lists, event participation data, and expenses
- Support event logistics, including flight research and travel-related arrangements
- Assist with project meetings, including scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, taking meeting minutes, and tracking action items
- Create and maintain reports and event-related documentation
- Ensure that documentation and activities follow relevant company policies and procedures
- Provide general administrative and organizational support to the Events team

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Events Management,

Business, or a related field
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and confidence working with spreadsheets and data
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- English: C1 level mandatory, as the role involves working in an international environment on a daily basis
- Spanish: preferred

Italy Pay Ranges:

- Italy: €9.600 Annual
